NORTHBAY BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOTES

1. jQuery is required for the thumbnail page tooltip.
2. Added tooltip.js
3. bod.css can be appended to the bottom of the existing screen2.css
4. Included bg-horizontal-dots.png in the images folder
5. Also in the images folder are all the thumbnails and large versions of all the board members. Page Design was not given bios, so dummy text was used for placement only. 
6. Both HTML files are commented with beginning and ending zones of both the sidebar list and the main cms content area.
